Product introduction:
The working principle of lead-acid batteries is to convert chemical energy into electrical energy. During charging, the positive electrode plate releases electrons, which pass through the Separator and combine with the hydrogen ions on the negative electrode plate to form hydrogen gas. At the same time, the sulfuric acid in the electrolyte solution decomposes into water and sulfate ions, which will accumulate on the negative electrode plate. When the battery is discharging, the hydrogen gas on the negative electrode plate recombines with water through the electrolyte solution and releases electrons, which pass through theSeparatorand combine with the oxygen ions on the positive electrode plate to form oxygen. This process consumes some of the electrolyte solution, so regular addition of distilled water is needed to maintain the concentration of the electrolyte solution.
